Challenges in hiring people with special abilities

To deal with these challenges, HGS engaged an external subject matter expert to assess the accessibility standards through an audit. The audit helped the company to adapt better practices and supportive infrastructure. HGS worked on making its career portal completely accessible for candidates with special abilities. This has helped the company in receiving applications from all candidates, irrespective of their disabilities. And the company further systematized the process through appropriate assessment and selection procedures and job fitment exercise to ensure a discrimination-free recruitment and selection process.
