IAOP recognizes HGS for excellence in strategic partnerships


HGS and Twilio partnership offers clients a single pane view for multiple subsystems and workflows  

CHICAGO, IL, November 3, 2022 — HGS announced today that the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) has nominated HGS and Twilio for a second consecutive year as a recipient of the 2022 Excellence in Strategic Partnerships recognition.

IAOP, a global association bringing together customers, providers, and advisors in a collaborative, knowledge-based environment, acknowledges organizations for demonstrating excellence in collaboration, innovation, and outcomes.

HGS partnered with Twilio in early 2020, at the start of the global pandemic, to combine forces in omnichannel customer experiences and cloud-based subsystems and workflows. Since then, HGS launched a Twilio Center of Excellence with over 40 specialized Twilio developers and over 50 Twilio Flex migrations completed.
