When filling bilingual roles, HGS posts jobs in French; employs certified, bilingual recruiters; and uses verbal and written assessments to find the best candidates.
Bilingual agents receive comprehensive training in English, with specific guidance on the translation of key brand-specific phrases for consistency. They alternate between English and French as they interact with coworkers and handle customer calls.
