Our aim was to inform, educate, engage, support, and be direct. Our communication strategy involved impact-driven visuals, banners, videos, and virtual webinars to ensure that messages were received and comprehended by all members of the public.
We conducted virtual webinars every two weeks to reach out to patients amid the pandemic lockdown and to assuage their doubts. To deliver effective solutions, we used platform-driven messaging with diverse strategies for each social media platform. We leveraged features from every platform to build brand recall and a follower base.
Our overarching strategy helped the client to achieve 100+% organic growth in the community in a span of 1 year, with 9M+ organic video views and 20K+ subscribers growth on YouTube. Our content was also featured on YouTube India Spotlight.
