Business Intelligence Group’s 2022 Excellence in Customer Service Award
In recognition of a successful year and longtime career in customer service, HGS Director of Global Account Management Crystal Davis has received the honorable title of Executive of the Year. Presented by Business Intelligence Group, Crystal was named a winner in the 2022 Excellence in Customer Service Awards.
“The role of customer service is changing every day, and the winners of this year’s program highlight the people, organizations and products that are really improving how consumers connect with companies,” said Maria Jimenez, chief nominations officer of the Business Intelligence Group.
SVP of Global Account Management Tim Straka nominated Crystal for the prestigious award. Regarding her previous year’s work, Tim said, “With successes in revenue growth, profitability and client satisfaction, she achieved all three legs of the performance stool. Her achievements are OUTSTANDING!”

This annual business awards program recognizes those who are helping companies better communicate with their customers to provide a differentiated level of customer service.
